Consistently achieving over a 1,000% ROAS
William Wood Watches are a luxury UK watch brand. They design and manufacture stunning timepieces in honour of William Wood, a former firefighter for the Newcastle & Gateshead Fire Brigade and grandfather to Jonny, the founder.
We started working with the brand in March 2024. They gave a us a clear monthly goal of hitting a 250% Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Since working with them we have hit an overall ROAS of 600%, significantly exceeding their initial target, whilst in 2026 we are tracking to a 1,053% ROAS.
“We’ve worked with the team for many years. They continue to achieve an industry leading ROAS and they proactively suggest ways to improve our approach”
A multi-channel approach across multiple countries
As this is a luxury brand, selling watches at a premium price, each purchase is a highly considered one for the buyer, which means they need to be nurtured through the funnel. Therefore, to achieve such fantastic results, we have built a sophisticated strategy across both Google Ads and Meta Ads ensuring we are covering all stages of the funnel on both platforms.
Each platform essentially feeds itself whilst simultaneously benefitting from one another. For instance, across both channels we have campaigns clearly dedicated to driving top of funnel awareness, bringing new users into the brand and educating them on the brand story, followed by mid funnel consideration campaigns, and finally bottom of the funnel sales campaigns.
We also advertise across the UK, the US, Canada and Australia, helping to grow the William Wood Watches name in key areas of the globe.

As detailed, since we started working with William Wood Watches, we have achieved over a 500% ROAS, but in 2026 alone, we have more than doubled this to over 1,000% whilst sales are up by a massive 239% this year. Our strategy has bedded in over time and the client is now bearing the fruit of our labour.
