Whilst we have a Milton Keynes presence, with our HQ being based there, ultimately Starlight Digital is a fully remote business. We have members of staff located around the UK.
We don’t hire based on location. We hire the best person for the role, which ensures the highest quality of work is maintained at all times.
As a remote business, we do understand the need to regularly meet with clients and as a team, which is why we are always happy to travel, whether that’s within the UK, or internationally. We’ve been known to jump on a plane for team meet-ups, and client get togethers!
We also understand communication and maintaining productivity is essential for a remote business to succeed, which is why we have implemented numerous tools in our workflows we are continuously connected and pumping out award-worthy work.
